Being artisan cheese makers we like to invite guests and cheese-lovers to our farm, the very same place Sue Brown made Kenya's first Brie cheese over 30 years ago.
Our lunch and factory tour runs on Thursdays - Saturdays, note that Saturdays are usually booked out 2 months in advance.
The day runs as follows:
11:30 - 12 noon: Arrival, canapes and homemade lemonades and iced teas.
12:30 sharp: All guests go on the factory tour together. We can only run this once a day.
1:15 – 3:00pm Cheese tasting, followed by a 3 course lunch and wine/beer (up to 3 per person).
3:10pm – Cow milking and garden tour for anyone interested
On the day you are welcome to purchase from our factory shop where we sell the cheeses you are used to from your local stores, but also some speciality and seasonal cheeses and Delia's Ice Creams.
The cost is 4,000/adult with a 50% deposit required.
Children 0-4 are free, 5-12 are 500/ and 13+ are 1,500/
Please let me know which date you are interested in at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0727 103 350.
We start the day with canapes and homemade lemonade, followed by the tour.
You are then invited to the garden to enjoy a cheese plate paired with our crackers, homemade breads and jams. Ask for suggestions on the best wines to enjoy with your samples.
Save some space, we then have soup, a buffet main course which rotates weekly between different world cuisines, and we finish off with Delia's Ice Cream.
