200g Brown’s Dairy Ricotta Salata, thinly sliced (creamy, salty, and perfect for balancing flavors!)
2 cups fresh arugula (or mixed greens)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (or lemon juice for a brighter twist)
Freshly cracked black pepper
Flaky sea salt (optional, for finishing)
Preparation
Prepare the Ingredients:

Halve the cherry tomatoes and thinly slice the red onion.
